ALERT!!..I NEED TO LOSE 15-20LBS BY NOV 1ST! START DATE SEPTEMBER 25TH.
AS OF TODAY I WEIGH 193LBS. I WOULD LIKE TO DO DOWN TO ABOUT 178. MY REASON FOR WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT IS SO THAT I CAN WEAR A LARGE. I WEAR X-LARGE NOW AND I WOULD LIKE A BETTER SELECTION OF CLOTHES AT MY FAVORITE STORES LIKE FOREVER 21, LOVE CULTURE ETC!
I MAINLY WANNA LOSE WEIGHT IN MY ARMS AND BELLY. I WANNA GET MY SHAPE BACK..THE ONE I HAD BEFORE HAVING TO KIDS! ME AND MY MOM WILL START DOING A 4MILE WALK EVERYDAY IN THE COMFORT OF OUR HOME. I WILL KEEP A GALLON OF WATER BY MY BED TO DRINK EVERYNIGHT. INSTEAD OF DRINKING SODA'S I WILL DRINK EITHER WATER OR ZERO SUGAR DRINKS. IF I DO NEED A SODA IT WILL BE DIET. I WILL STICK TO LOW CARBS..WHICH MEANS AS LITTLE BREAD AND STARCHY FOODS AS POSSIBLE. I'M TRYING TO CUT ABOUT 500 -800 CALORIES OUT OF MY DIET. ME AND MY MOM SHOPS AT ALDIS MARKET AND THEY CARRY A HEALTHY FOOD BRAND CALLED FIT ACTIVE.
I'VE BEEN LEARNING TO REALLY WATCH MY CALORIE INTAKE.
